New owners. Beware very skimpy on toppings!I've been coming here for years. ?Last 2 times I've been there very disappointingWhy have a place for special comments and you guys don't even read them? I mean bc when I receive the receipt I see perfectly where I asked for no let. Or no onions.Why pay $8 a sub and get barely anything. Very disappointing. I don't think I'll be back. Almost never have a problem with my order. Good subs too.
I go for the same sub every time no matter if I order online or go in they still do not make my sub right like how can you not just add extra mayo and oil/vinegar it’s actually simple it’s not like I’m asking for something difficult and what gets me is they look you right in your face and lie
Seems to be getting skimpy with the ingredients. Will be hard to justify coming back anytime soon..
Walked in a bit before 1:00 pm today and ordered a whole club sub to go. Brought it home and unwrapped it to find cheese and veggies only; meats (turkey and ham) were missing on half of the sub. The other half had all club sub ingredients.
I ordered off the cousins site, 4 subs and 4 fries, the middle man in the delivery driver did not deliver the subs only the fries. Didn’t even want compensation, I wanted an understanding from your manager and wasn’t given one. I know one singular families money isn’t detrimental to your business but I hope this reaches more people. Horrible service, will not be getting anything else. Have a picture provided by said driver of food, let me know if this looks like 4 subs and fries can be in there.
