I also ordered the fatou... read more I had a very good lunch at Sufra. I ordered the chickpeas fatteh (this is basically hummus spooned on top of fried bits of pita bread). I also ordered the fatouch (this is a salad made of tomatoes, onions, fried pita bits and cucumber pieces in a lemon dressing. Both items very tasty and I recommend them. The total for this was 65 dirhams in February 2023 with no drink. It seemed to be vegan to me.
