Fattouche salad, hummus on the side, I’ve even tried a vegan pizza they made which was surprisingly tasty (just ordered regular pizza with no cheese and only ve... read more Fattouche salad, hummus on the side, I’ve even tried a vegan pizza they made which was surprisingly tasty (just ordered regular pizza with no cheese and only veggie toppings), but the star of the show is their falafel sandwiches, they serve these piping hot and fresh and they have an army dishing these things out it’s bananas (you can watch them if you visit the second entrance on the left), everything is incredibly reasonable (15dhs or about $1.70) for a pita busting out the seams with veggies, tahini, and fresh falafel, and seriously thanks to their unique way of wrapping the paper around the sandwich I haven’t even sacrificed a shred of lettuce I swear. This place is so high energy, I don’t think I’ve ever seen this place not filled with people, I give it an A+, and to be fair if I came with a carnivore I think they’d enjoy it too
