They made it a lot easier than other places to track what you were eating and what the ingredients were. This allowed us to actually get to know Ecuadorian food better instead of constantly guessing at what we were tasting.

Staff was pleasant and very efficient, but slightly robotic in their presentations (which I'm sure get old after dealing with the exact same menu for 3 straight months). Noisy, but mainly due to two tables of 7 Americans (14 total)(all in the same group) noisily toasting over and over again and were fairly intoxicated. The wine pairings were spot on, though wasn't sure why we were poured the same sparkling wine on two courses and one course no drink was offered. Well worth the food and experience.

The waiter even called the brewery to make sure the corn beer was gluten free. It was not because of a shared brewing process but still a restaurant worthy of every penny.
