Staff was pleasant and very efficient, but slightly robotic in their presentations (which I'm sure get old after dealing with the exact same menu for 3 straight months). Noisy, but mainly due to two tables of 7 Americans (14 total)(all in the same group) noisily toasting over and over again and were fairly intoxicated. The wine pairings were spot on, though wasn't sure why we were poured the same sparkling wine on two courses and one course no drink was offered. Well worth the food and experience.

It was very customized, intimate, creative, delicious, and above and beyond our expectations. The story telling aspect of the experience and how they tie in the culture and seasons of Ecuador is so cool. 10/10 will recommend to all our friends who visit Ecuador.
