Great breakfast menu with every item offered with full vegan option , best coffee in a restaurant in South America so far!

We ate here three times during our stay in Quito. The food was delicious and we enjoyed the Ecuadorian options in particular.. The (friendly) server spoke English and they also have an English menu so that helped us a lot. Their seitan meat was great (especially the spicy sausage) and the cheeze was good too. The portions were large, so we didn’t eat dessert there, but we did take some cake home one time. It looked amazing in the cabinet, but was quite dry.

We ordered empanadas, a burger and a ecuadorian dish the ecudorian dish was really tasty. The empanadas were good but so small and overpriced with barely any filling. The burger was bland, dry and small especially for the price. This resturant was okay, but to be one of the top rated resturants we were very dissapointed.

This is a cute place with a nice and attentive staff. We had the samosas and filly cheese steak (waiter recommended , the vegan pizza and the mushroom hummus. Samosas were AMAZING. Filly cheese steak and pizza were nice, we did not like the hummus very much. I would advise to listen to the staff’s recommendations: They said everything can be made vegan which is of course super great.

The food we had was overall tasty but was missing on spices. It was a bit strange however that they have served our first main dish at least 7 minutes before the second main dish without making us aware that the second one is still coming. The service generally is not the fastest despite just having a few guests and the packaging of the take away boxes consists of plastic and styrofoamwhich I hope they will soon replace with more sustainable materials. We really appreciated that we could finally try the typical ecuadorian dishes and that the restaurant seems to be run by a family.
