Peralta's is great place hidden in Quitman. The staff is friendly, service is quick and the food is always good. The only reason I cannot give them 5 stars is b... read more Peralta's is great place hidden in Quitman. The staff is friendly, service is quick and the food is always good. The only reason I cannot give them 5 stars is because the building is not truly handicapped accessible. They do have a ramp, but it is sosteep it would be very difficult, if not impossible, for a wheelchair to access.

When the hostess served us chips were cold and my husband asked if we could have warm chips; she was not happy with request. My taco had a sliver of sour cream under the lettuce tomato and looked as though it wastaken off someone else's plate and the taco shell was stale. I told my husband don't say anything and to just pay the bill andget out of here.

So as a business that is part ofyour expense not your customers and charging them nearly 4 dollars more just to use their cards isn't right. Lost my business.
