Definitely the best wings in the New Kent area. We also have the Hawaiian chicken sandwich with perpetrators and it was very good. Good selection of seasoned vodkas behind the bar. It's a little bright in here, they could probably stand to dim the lights. Overall a very good menu. Update: The lights were dimmed at our visit this evening and I read the menu incorrectly!
