Dunkin' - Quinton
Dunkin'
Description
Newly designed Dunkin' along I-64 offers fast, friendly service, good parking and a modern interior—making it a convenient stop for travelers, commuters and families seeking coffee and breakfast. Staff are praised for quick problem resolution with the app and timely orders, while sandwiches and refreshments draw positive notes. However, guests report inconsistent food quality (soggy hash browns), limited donut availability at times and concerning food‑handling practices; verify restroom access before visiting.

Feedback
The staff at this restaurant are incredibly friendly, helpful, and professional. When I accidentally spilled my coffee in the middle of the store, they promptly provided me with a replacement for free and took care of the cleanup. Thank you all!
The staff is fantastic, but they often run out of stock. Typically, by 2 p.m., they have no donuts left.
This is the worst Dunkin' I've ever visited. In the middle of the afternoon, I found young employees placing trays of donuts on top of displays where customers could breathe and cough on them. When I asked about this practice, they said it was just how they did things and mentioned they were cleaning up. I inquired about their closing time, which is 8 PM, but this was before 3 PM and they only had two trays of donuts available, showing no interest in selling them. This is clearly a violation of health codes. The staff also lacked any customer service skills. If I could give it a score, it would be -25. The owners really need to reconsider their operations.
