Rocks Fish & Chips - Quinns Rocks

This restaurant offers excellent value for money, with fresh and flavorful fish and chips. The staff is very friendly and I highly recommend it!

Placed an order for delivery and missing 1 item asked for it to be delivered and they said come and get it. As for delivery they do not bother to ring the doorbell and just dump it at the door consequently it gets cold. The attitude when I rang was basically who cares, will never order from them ever again. Hope they go broke

This restaurant that used to be a great fish and chip shop seems to have new owners now. Unfortunately, my recent experience was not good. The fish was not fresh, chewy, and cold, and some items I ordered were missing. When I called to inform them about the issue, I was not offered an apology, but instead told to reorder. I sent an email the next day to complain and received an apology from someone without a name, blaming the casual staff. This lack of professionalism was disappointing. After requesting a refund and not receiving a reply, I decided to visit the shop in person. The young staff members were apologetic, but the manager did not acknowledge me and continued to fry the fish. Overall, I would recommend avoiding this place.

The fish was not good - it had a terrible taste and was cold in the middle. This used to be a great chip shop, but not anymore. Even the chips were cold and soggy.

The manager/cook is very rude and impulsive. Clearly does not cope with his emotions. Have seen him arguing with a customer over the wrong order number being served, calling him names, and claiming that has a poor language skill. All what it takes for the staff is to speak clearly order number and verify with the given receipt. Food wise, below average. There are better places around to eat.
