What User doesn't like about Wendy's:
the female manager during the morning is a complete stier. she has no fear of the burial of her employees. I wonder if there is a high switch on this location because of this manager. View all feedback.
I ordered online and showed up 20 minutes later. Was told after sitting in the drive thru line that they didn't get the order and it usually took a while for them to get online orders and I should come back. No apology. No suggestion to simply order again. Didn't seem to care. Came back, went through the long line again...it was now over 45 minutes since I ordered. Still nothing. So I re-ordered but less than I had online yet it was almost the same price. Suspicious. Had to pay a second time. Trying to contact customer service to remove the charge for the food I never got has been a nightmare. If they can't handle taking online orders they shouldn't offer the option because it seems like just drive through orders are too much for this location. I left over an hour after originally ordering online still with not what I wanted. Terrible customer service. No concern for the mistakes. I used to support higher minimum wage for fast food workers but if they are this incompetent they are already getting paid too much!
The absolute slowest “fast food” ever. The lines inside and outside never move fast. Employees are rude. i wish they’d replace it with a chick fil a already….
Worst Wendy 's ever. Nothing worked or tasted right. The little manager lady has quite an attitude. Slammed my drinks down because I told her the soda machines didn 't work or have ice which they didn 't. Dirty gross place to eat or sell food .

One of the worst almost food experiences I've ever had. I don't expect a lot of a Wendy's. never the long waiting time, I understand it, personal problems on a Friday night. I'd rather go to the shop to order. tonight it seemed that the personal on the hand consciously locked the outside doors so that no one would be able to get in. several paintings during my long waiting in the drive-thru I saw that the employees try to step through both outside doors and be shocked to lock them. after this maintenance and finally my order, I had to ask the woman to return my debit card twice after the payment. she was a great actress, very confused, what I mean when the debit card was sitting in front of her. once I recovered the card and drove away, not only did there not be any ketchup in the bag, there were no straws for the drinks, and in the did the burgers were not even the ones we ordered. as I said, I am not too picky when it comes to almost food, but I think my lower standard, the order to get right and not actiw trying to steal my debit card is really not so much to ask. my soda without stealing drinking was kind of funny.
