The food was eclectic and extremely good. Interesting ingredients that worked well together. The service was outstanding without being annoying.
Small, intimate place in the heart of Quincy with very good food and service. It’s known for great calamari and the flat iron steak is done to perfection! It’s located street level of a large building that corners Hancock St which you can enter from as opposed to google maps direction that sends you down the side street. (Confusing).
Had another fantastic dinner at Townshend this week. The fall menu is fantastic with lots of fresh pasta options and a great wine selection. Really appreciate the vegetarian options. Our server, Deb, continues to offer top notch service. 5 stars forthis hidden gem!
From greeting to departure we felt at home. The service was incredible and it matched the well balanced cocktails and quality food. The music was nice, the location is odd but still enjoyable. The other patrons were as young as 4 and possibly 20 timesthat.... Small but well rounded menu which is executed perfectly. Wine, wine and more wine to please every taste. And oh, theknowledgeable staff is down to earth and gracious with people like me who mispronounced everything. A true gem in the heart ofQuincy's granite and concrete soul.
