I called the restaurant to let them know about the missing bakery items, and they asked if I wanted to drive back to pick them up—seriously? At this point, I just want a refund. With all the traffic, the whole point of fast food is convenience! I would not recommend this Panera and have no intention of returning. The only reason I'm giving it two stars is for the packaging; whoever packed my food should consider a career in gift-wrapping. The chips were fine, as expected. It's a shame—I should have listened to my dad's advice: "don't go there!"

Sometimes gets too busy, but that's because the food is good, and most people want custom items, which takes time.

I enjoyed my favorite cheddar broccoli soup, which was absolutely delicious. The staff was as friendly and pleasant as usual.

I'm not sure if the kitchen staff is not paying attention to orders, but this is the fourth time I’ve received a chicken chipotle sandwich with cheese and red peppers, even though I specifically requested it without those ingredients. I am lactose intolerant and cannot eat cheese, plus I’m allergic to peppers. Normally, I would just let this slide, but having the same issue happen four times is really frustrating. That's $17 down the drain because I can’t eat what they’ve served me. To make matters worse, it’s often my only meal for the day, so I end up waiting until late at night to eat something, as they don’t seem to pay attention to the requests.

On November 30, 2022, there was a power outage, so I decided to go grab some food since I couldn't cook at home. I ordered the half-and-half meal, which included a half grilled cheese sandwich and half broccoli and cheddar soup. However, I didn't receive what I expected. Instead of a grilled cheese sandwich, I got two pieces of bread with pasta inside. Additionally, the bowl of soup I received was very small—usually it's filled to the brim. I spent over $16 for this meal, and it definitely wasn't worth it. I feel like I was cheated.
