At this point, I ju... read more I called the restaurant to let them know about the missing bakery items, and they asked if I wanted to drive back to pick them up—seriously? At this point, I just want a refund. With all the traffic, the whole point of fast food is convenience! I would not recommend this Panera and have no intention of returning. The only reason I'm giving it two stars is for the packaging; whoever packed my food should consider a career in gift-wrapping. The chips were fine, as expected. It's a shame—I should have listened to my dad's advice: "don't go there!"

I am lactose intolerant and cannot eat cheese, plus I’m allergic to peppers. Normally, I would just let this slide, but having the same issue happen four times is really frustrating. That's $17 down the drain because I can’t eat what they’ve served me. To make matters worse, it’s often my only meal for the day, so I end up waiting until late at night to eat something, as they don’t seem to pay attention to the requests.

I ordered the half-and-half meal, which included a half grilled cheese sandwich and half broccoli and cheddar soup. However, I didn't receive what I expected. Instead of a grilled cheese sandwich, I got two pieces of bread with pasta inside. Additionally, the bowl of soup I received was very small—usually it's filled to the brim. I spent over $16 for this meal, and it definitely wasn't worth it. I feel like I was cheated.
