I asked for 3 times extra Oreo and they gave me something that doesn’t even have the regular amount of Oreo a McFlurry comes with. An extra dollar for basically vanilla ice cream.

The customer service was non engaging, but my order came out right and timely. Automation for these types of jobs isn’t far off. If we want to keep customer service jobs around start having quality customer service. -Out side of my container had oil/grease on it.... -no napkins in the bag(drive thru) Food looked dry, tasted like good old McDonald’s though. Prices have definitely gone up. $5 for a “Big” Mac.

Standard menu, normal pricing, typical layout, but I ordered a simple sandwich and they brought out a meal deal to my table. I didn't catch that the kid behind the counter didn't bother to ask if I was just ordering the sandwich, and paying with a card, I hadn't reviewed my receipt to realize I was being charged too much. I don't drink pop, I don't eat fries, but by then there was a bit of a the line at the counter so it was too
