Here is an awesome idea, next time when I order why don't you just take all the chicken out, and replace it with a note saying you are out of chicken? You will make more money that way. /s If you read the other reviews I am not the only one who has encountered this. The store is abusing the fact that you are unlikely to go back and argue since you ordered delivery, but that doesn't make this business practice okay. If there are no biscuits then give me something else, or give me a partial refund.

I d... read more This is the worst KFC I ever been. We ordered through DoorDash at 8.30pm and told us food was ready at 9pm but food was not even prepared when we got there. I don’t think staff there are well trained. We didn’t get food until 10pm. I choose to pick up cus I don’t want to wait here. Terrible experience here!
