I want to start by mentioning that I've dined here before and had pleasant experiences. However, this time I opted for delivery, and that was a mistake. I ordered a cheeseburger, small fries, and two milkshakes, totaling $40, plus a $6 tip for the delivery driver. If you're in Quincy, Massachusetts, be sure to visit the '5 Guys' burger restaurant on Hancock Street. The burgers and sandwiches are amazing! The staff is friendly, and the fries are truly delicious!
Delicious! I really enjoy their food. While the prices are slightly higher than typical fast food, it's definitely worth it. They also offer free refills on drinks and complimentary peanuts for those who enjoy them. Just be cautious if you have a nut allergy!
The gentleman who took my order truly excelled in customer service. He was incredibly helpful, friendly, and courteous. The management is equally dedicated to putting the customer first. I highly recommend this restaurant; the food is delicious!
I want to start by mentioning that I've dined here before and had pleasant experiences. However, this time I opted for delivery, and that was a mistake. I ordered a cheeseburger, small fries, and two milkshakes, totaling $40, plus a $6 tip for the delivery driver. When the food arrived, both the burger and fries were cold, despite the fact that I live only about five minutes away. I'm not sure why everything was stone cold. Ultimately, I paid $46 for a meal that I couldn't eat. I gave it two stars because the milkshakes were good. Take my advice: avoid ordering delivery from this place. This experience has me reconsidering my support for Five Guys in the future, especially since it's quite pricey for what is essentially fast food.
Honestly, this was the worst Five Guys I’ve ever been to. I ordered a cheeseburger with all the toppings except ketchup, mayo, and mustard, but they ended up giving me a regular burger instead. I take some responsibility for that since I didn’t double-check the order; I usually trust they can hear me, and I was pretty tired. The real issue was that the burger had only lettuce, patties, and pickles. They mentioned they were out of tomatoes, which I understand, but that doesn’t excuse the missing toppings. Additionally, the fries tasted completely unseasoned and were just mediocre overall. I wouldn’t recommend this place and have no plans to return.
