Excellent experience! The manager, Darrick, was friendly beyond measure and delivered some exceptional customer service. He welcomed us into the store, helped us work through a very large order that required dietary modifications, and made sure that everything was correct when we got our food (and we got it fast for the size of the order, too!! wish I could give him 10 stars! What Susan Waelchi doesn't like about Fazoli's:
We typically love Fazoli's but this experience was a nightmare. Very short staffed and most of the tables were a mess and trash and dirty dishes were overflowing. There were not any bread sticks available. Not good but hopefully better next time. View all feedback.
