I'm really happy I finally got to try this restaurant! I firmly believe that Italian cuisine calls for a proper sit-down experience rather than a drive-thru. While I understand the staffing issues many places face, the inconsistent hours were quite frustrating. We tried to dine in multiple times, only to find it closed or limited to drive-up service. Thankfully, they were actually open during our visit! The food was amazing, and our server was wonderful. I wish I could remember his name—he was tall, had dark hair, and wore large earrings. He was very kind and attentive!
I had a fantastic experience! The manager, Darrick, was exceptionally friendly and offered outstanding customer service. He welcomed us warmly upon our arrival, helped us with a large order that required some dietary adjustments, and made sure everything was accurate when our food was ready. Additionally, given the size of our order, it was impressive how quickly we received it! I wish I could give him 10 stars!
This restaurant is incredible! The manager, Darrick, is outstanding, and his team works hard and efficiently. As long as Darrick is at the helm, I will be a loyal customer. His employees and customers clearly have a lot of respect for him, which is crucial to the success of any establishment. The team is among the best I've seen, working together seamlessly—a truly commendable quality in today's environment!
The food was excellent, and the service was outstanding.
We typically love Fazoli's but this experience was a nightmare. Very short staffed and most of the tables were a mess and trash and dirty dishes were overflowing. There were not any bread sticks available. Not good but hopefully better next time.
