The 5 piece chicken strip meal with mashed potatoes, coleslaw, and biscuit was delicious. The employee at window was great. Then I saw an employee come outside the restaurant and offer a homeless man a meal. This guy was wrapped up in a blanket for warmth, walking by. The guy ended up with the chicken sandwich meal and had a look of appreciation on his face. To see this kind of love and care was amazing! KFC should be proud of their Quincy Illinois employees.
This is the worst fast food place in the entire town—don’t waste your time or money. It used to be affordable, but I spent $25 for two people and ended up waiting 20 minutes in the drive-thru, only to receive cold food. I’ve worked in the food industry for six years, and I’ve never seen such a poorly run business. When I spoke to the manager, they said they were waiting on mac and cheese, which anyone in the food industry knows doesn’t take that long to prepare, no matter how it’s made.
We visited KFC for lunch today, and from the drive-thru to enjoying our meal, everything was excellent. A friendly woman greeted us at the drive-thru, making me feel immediately welcome. Another equally warm staff member handed us our food. The meal was fantastic—definitely the best chicken sandwich I've had in a long time. Hope this is helpful. Thank you.
I had a craving for coleslaw, and the drive-thru service was fast. I've never been disappointed.
