The flat is the kitchen that was offered to us during our tasting. Heated dishes and no chance cold plates... a lack of seasoning also for the Saint James with a whipped presentation. When the magret cooks perfect but very little topping some mushrooms and 6 nasty big fries). Our biggest disappointment was gourmet coffee... A kind of mini kouign Aman dry, a chocolate mousse without taste etc ... short nothing greedy. After reading various opinions, we are surprised to have this feeling.
