I always go to Zaan when I want to enjoy my food with quiet. They have increased their menus over the years. I always order the oyaku donburi or the cool chocolate spring soba with grated ginger. Chocolate because it is slightly brown in color. In Japan, they cool this soba by putting it under a running spring water. Otherwise you put the soba in iced water.
