I only tried their dimsum here especially the hakaw, sharksfin dumplings, japanese siomai, mantao and the machang. All mine!!! Haha. I ate all of these cause I'm so hungry. The ambience was good. Thank you kay kuya staff na sobrang alert at bait. ????Wasn't able to get his name. View all feedback.
What Savanah Morissette doesn't like about Yam Cha:
It was my birthday and Yam Cha had a set menu promo that we took advantage of; Pancit, rice, pork, fish, the works. But this will be the last time for us. Yam Cha wasn't bad, but there are so many others who are much better. View all feedback.
We ate lemon chicken, sweet and sour pork, yang chow, and hakaw. The place is old and crowded and the service is not that good. The food took time to get out of the kitchen, but it was worth the wait because everything tasted very good except for the hakaw. It tasted like it had been warmed up for days. The buffet price is very affordable as they only offer Maki and Filipino foods with very few choices. All people are waiting for the food to come out as the scouring dishes are almost empty all the time. Her birthday song, which is played everywhere, is also very loud. Every time it is played, you stop talking and just stare at the celebrant's table and wait for the song to finish. : ((
For me it's a 5. We ate until we dropped. Hahahaha. I love the maki more than anything. Lol. I was with a great person when we ate at Yam Cha. The place is really good, I love the music and the food is ok. Affordable price for buffet. :) :)
We went here for dinner twice after class. The price of the buffet matches the food on offer. The ambience and the music were ok. Not too crowded like what we really wanted but there is no wifi.

The advertised price for their dinner buffet was php 388, but we were billed php 498 per person. When we inquired about, it the senior waitress said that since it is Mother's Day today, there were some special dishes added to the buffet table. If it's true or not, it is besides the point. They should notify the diner before hand so that there will be no confusion. What if a diner has just only the budget for what he is expecting? We were even billed for wet towels that never came. Caveat emptor!
