Careless Bar Staff is a phrase I could tag this joint. We encountered not one but two mistakes from them on what could have been an easy relaxing night. Millie's All-Day Dining is a hidden gem inside UP Technohub that caters to both local and international tongue. They focused their food on western and local tastes, inspired by the chef's food adventures, without being sidetracked from it's true taste.
