Mad Mark's Creamery & Good Eats

I could have given a 5.0 for the quality of the food, but I'm giving a 2.5 because of the quality of service the crew offer to customers. They don't seem to know their products and they seem to be unhappy with what they are doing. Also, the place is not comfortable with poor airconditioning. I hope this could be improved.

Place is O-K. Going for the "bare look" is nice. Quite a number of flies though inside. And our table is sticky. Even the menu is sticky. Medyo kadiri. Food is generally delicious, and reasonably priced. The Herb Parmesan Fries are french fries topped with pesto and parmesan cheese. The pesto is too sharp (too much garlic?), and combined with the salty cheese, it creates a strong yet blunted flavor. Plus, the dish doesn't look appealing. Mukha siyang fries na sinukahan ng bata. Sayang. The Signature Steak is 150 grams of medium-well meaty goodness. It has ample marbling and is teeming with good beef flavor. Its Cream Mushroom Sauce is so creamy, it's almost bland. The Bacon Potato Salad and Corn & Carrot side dishes are pwede na. This meal is only Php 245! Great deal! The Beef Salpicao is a dry kind of salpicao. Still, the authentic flavors are there, garlicky and buttery. The meat is tender and juicy. The fried rice (Garden Grains) that comes with the dish is equally tasty and yummy. This dish is one of the best salpicao creations out there. This place is famous for its ice cream. We personally don't like it that much. The ice cream is not bad, it's just too milky for our taste.

I tasted heaven and went mad after tasting this cup of awesomeness. I was able to try different flavors because me and my blockmates binge-ate ice cream after our major exam. But my personal favorites are the Javan hot chocolate and Madagascar. Next time, will try their double back ribs (because duh, back ribs are the bomb)

We went here just to try their famous Signature Steak with my Boyfriend. ♥ I really love this on my first try. So affordable and worth the wait.  That's why i also recommend Madmark's to my friends to share my experience. A must try ♥
