Ippudo - Quezon City
Ippudo
Description
Ippudo, the renowned Japanese ramen chain, delights with its flavorful, creamy broth that leaves diners craving more. Signature dishes like the Shiromaru ramen and charred chashu impress patrons, while okonomiyaki and chicken karage offer tempting variety. However, the dining experience can be marred by service inconsistencies, with staff occasionally slow to attend. Some diners also noted an uncomfortable atmosphere, attributed to inadequate air conditioning. Despite these challenges, many guests appreciate the restaurant's commitment to safety and cleanliness while celebrating their favorite ramen spot. With meals typically ranging from ₱400 to ₱800, Ippudo remains a beloved choice for aficionados.

I am still a fan of Ippudo even in the Philippines. I loved the service as well. The service, food, and atmosphere were all top-notch, with a rating of 5 each. I highly recommend trying the Shiromaru Ramen.
Good food but overall experience was ruined by faulty aircon and narrow sighted staff. Dropped by for dinner and ordered Shiromaru ramen special which has tamago and two pork belly slices. Tip: when asked for hardness of noodles, skip the soft and medium, instead go with hard (I picked this) or very hard to prevent soggy noodles at the end of your meal. In my opinion, Ippudo broth is what sets them apart from other ramen houses, it's so flavorful, creamy and not oily. As always I enjoyed my order till the last drop. My biggest complaint in this branch is their staff, you have to wait till your face is 100% aligned with their face for them to see you. It's as if they are wearing blinders similar to race horses. Another complaint (which maybe the fault of the mall) is lack of aircon or insufficient aircon to cool the entire restaurant. I hope they fix this ASAP. I went to this restaurant with my friends after playing badminton and had a really enjoyable experience. I personally think their ramen is better than the other local ramen place because it's not too salty. The service was really pleasant and the atmosphere was great. We dined in for dinner and the price per person was ₱400–600. I highly recommend trying the Shiromaru Ramen and the Deep-Fried Gyoza. Overall, I give the food, service, and atmosphere a rating of 5.
Attentive staff, they served the food fast, quality food, great ambience. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
