The simplest things sometimes make for the best meals. Grub Central's Country Fried Chicken is a great value at P165 with its large size and really great taste. The chicken is crunchy on the outside and juicy on the inside and the flavor is a butterysavory kind from the American South. It's simple, good food that's seasoned well, filling and enjoyable. The fried chicken is so crunchy and delicious that you don't mind doing the simot sarap kain pag nasa bahay even though you're in a food park. I've been here twice already and I think the second time was not that grand as the first time maybe because medyo oa sa oil na sya or namadali ang serving after frying but definitely will eat here again for my late night fried chicken cravings as malingap is one drive away fro... My friend ate here and I became jealous of her food; I should have just bought my dinner here in this stall. You can never go wrong with their Country Fried Chicken- It simply is the best. large in serving and very flavorful. Kudos to Grub
Before January ended we went to a new Food Park in Malingap Street, Diliman, Quezon City called, Sagul. Among all the food stalls at the park, Grub Central caught our attention because of the food that they serve- "soul food". MUST-TRY DISHES SPICED CHICKEN SKIN To start our soul food banquet we tried Grub Central's Spiced Chicken Skin. The chicken skin is crunchy and oozing with juice on every bite. GRUB CENTRAL COUNTRY FRIED CHICKEN Our first reaction when we saw Grub Central's Country Fried Chicken was "WOW". Their fried chicken is the biggest chicken serving that we saw in Manila. ALABAMA COUNTRY FRIED STEAK Instead of the usual grilled, broiled and pan-seared steak, Grub Central breaded their steak with different spices, fry, drizzle with creamy and smoky gravy and top it with butter. Their crunchy steak is delicious (I forgot the name of the dish lol sorry) and their chicken is also delicious. Must try the steak because it's so delicious and then it's so soft and crispy and then the serving is so big. Worth it we paid ????
