ulcelin's Mango Torte makes its appearance at many family functions, and rightly so. Its unique nougatine crust, whipped sweet cream with a tinge of meringue, and sweet mango balls make this a distinct crowdpleaser the whole year round. I can vouch for this cake with my eyes closed, together with their Chocolate Decadent Cake with caramel sauce and Mom's Apple Pie. Call in advance to lessen your wait outside the door, and give them at least three-four hours advance notice for most cakes if they're not in stock. I can't wait to try their savory specialties at their new U.P. Town Center restaurant!.
