What lhsx 24 doesn't like about Jollibee:
The food was fine but the customer service makes you question why a person would be hired in customer service when they don't treat customers right. We get that they were tired but that was not an excuse to treat someone else badly. ps. the water and pineapple juice taste like rust View all feedback.
Poor delivery service and they're not responding sa messages sa Jollibee app. 1hour preparing status ng order sa app tapos nung sinabing cancel na lang dahil matagal ang bilis magcancel. Kung hindi matagal or no response, ililipat nila ng branch order mo. So better order na lang sa ibang branch for delivery. Service: Delivery Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2
We just went earlier today, the queue is very long because of this peak season. This cashier name Aishteru, not sure exactly her name but she has a tattoo at the back of her arm near elbow. I always order a meal with a regular drink, I never go with medium drinks since di ko naman nauubos. Before my turn sa cashier may nagaask na what to order since mahaba nga ang pila. I specifically said sa guy na regular drink lang, wala nga silang softdrink so I said I’m okay with iced tea. Then nag compute pa ko with my cousin around 500 lang ang bill dapat and naging 700 sabi ko miss bakit ganyan yung bill. Sabi niya medium daw ang drinks ko, sabi ko hindi regular lang, and ito nga nag sungit pa ang cashier. Ang masama pa, sinabi ko ng ayaw ko ng regular di niya binago. Ako nataranta na ko dahil mahaba ang pila. I’M JUST WONDERING, IS THIS SOME KIND OF A SCAM KASI NANGYARI DIN SIYA SA KATABI KO NA PILA?!! I REMEMBER YUNG POST BEFORE ABOUT THE SAME SCENARIO BUT THAT WAS A LONG TIME AGO IN MANG INASAL AND THATS JFC CORP DIN. TINATAKE ADVANTAGE NIYO DAHIL HOLIDAY SEASON?!! Alam ko pagod kayo, pagod din kami baka isipin niyo di namin naiintindihan ang trabaho eh. Pero sana magtrabaho naman ng patas. Naiinis ako ngayon, hindi na ko personally nakipag usap sa manager gawa ng rush kayo. IM REPORTING THIS TO JFC AS WELL.

I 'd like to share my experience earlier. I didn 't get to talk to the manager since he 's not around when we left the store. As for Jona, the cashier that 's in charged to take our order that time, I advice you not to decide on your own for the customer 's supposed to order. She clearly asked me if I want our drinks to be medium, and loud and clear, I answered, yeah. I know that drinks in meals are regular but I already agreed for an upgrade which is what she suggested, medium. But when I get to check the receipt, I read the Lrg which as a former crew, I understand that it meant Large. The guy crew confirmed it as well. That 's the reason why my bill doesn 't match the main price I 've calculated. Lucky me, I have enough money to pay the bill. It 's because of their own decisions to upgrade customer 's orders without knowledge. Simple instructions, pay attention, crew and customers. What if the person who ordered have money exactly as what they 've expected to pay then the crew upgrade some of their order, that would lead to worse like cancelation of order and a complain. Hope this feedback helps the crew to improve their performance.
