What Anonym dislikes about Tilve:
This restaurant is a small, family-owned eatery that specializes in fish dishes prepared in Goan and Malvani styles. The menu mainly consists of fish, chicken, and vegetarian rice plates, as well as a variety of fried fish options. The atmosphere is simple and a bit unkempt, and the restaurant is located in a remote corner of the city. I would recommend this place only to those who are avid fans of Goan fish, althoug... Good place to have traditional goan homemade like food. Prawns, xacoti and kingfish are worth trying. Service is also very fast and the ambiance is also good.
Parents n I had been near ponda for visiting the places near by.. v had taken a taxi, we asked the driver to take us for the lunch der so he took us hea...Must seriously thank the driver for taking us hea...the taste, the price is so worth it..The chicken dry fry is a must try! The pompret fish fry is worth the price..The only demerit is that v had to wait for a long time for them to serve!Well if u want something good, den v can wait for a bit more time ryt??! However, the taste is all that matters! So giving 5/5stars
Having lived just a km away from this famous joint, trust me when I say I've seen the downward change in the quality of food. Used to be our go to place for Goan homemade fish thali when I was a kid. I've seen buses of drama groups and production houses flocking the place for the fish they served. In past few years there has been drastic change in taste, quantity and the quality. Although I still love their chicken dry fry, the quantity is very less. Chicken xacuty used to be a regular for us but lately it's only bones and gravy.4 stars for the childhood memories of yummy food it used to serve!
If you are foodie and have respect for tasty food, then surely this place is for you, delicious and value for money. Simply have fish thali and order for prawns fry, if you are beer lover then you can go for it with juicy prawns!

Visit this place if you are a hardcore fish lover, located very close to Nageshi Temple in Ponda. You will not regret the taste and fast service at this place
I went to this restaurant early in the morning to get Pattice and Pao. I was walking along a hilly path and could smell the fresh morning air. As I got closer to the bakery, the scent of fresh baked bread started to awaken my senses. It was such a wonderful experience. The bread was hot and fresh, as were the Pattice.
This restaurant serves authentic Goan home cooked food and is rated as one of the best places to dine. We frequently visit this restaurant and always make an effort to go there.
Located very close to our family deity in Ponda Goa but very easy to miss because of the small by lane it is located in.Not much on offer for vegeterians and Chicken/Mutton lovers but an absolute paradise for Fish lovers. We tried silver fish, Pomfret, Prawns, Surmai which all were cooked perfectly and tasted out of this world. They ned to work on presentation and service though.
