The only bad thing about Taco Gypsy is that it isn't open 24hrs a day 365 day a year.

Each time I eat at one I'm reminded that the modern food truck experience is more like a boutique. Expensive, but wzcwllwnt quality.Taco Gypsy is no exception. The food isn't cheap, and although the portions aren't huge, they're enough. So tasty though, that I always want to eat more.Last time I was there everything was vegetarian, and I haven't made it to fish taco Friday yet. They always sell out fast on Fridays.I'd like it I'd there were more meat-itarian options. Otherwise, great place.

You can also find fr... read more I love going to our local farmer's market for breakfast at Taco Gypsy. I eagerly anticipate it all week! The food is healthy and delicious. You can also find frozen Taco Gypsy Tacos at Long Table Grocery. Half of one makes a satisfying lunch for me and they are absolutely delicious.

I picked up a Jarritos Mango soda and it was delicious. The staff were super nice and we chatted about our other favourite flavours. I would definitely have ordered more if I was hungry.
