The staff at this restaurant is beautiful, especially the young Polish waiter who provided excellent service. The food was very tasty with a variety of delicious vegan options available, not just the typical tomato pasta. The cocktails were also surprisingly good. Thank you for a great dining experience! What User doesn't like about Zizzi:
The food we got was lovely, so there’s the positive. Our kids starters never appeared. The service was very average, just not what I would expect. The app to order kept changing what was and wasn’t available, and it took us 15 minutes before it would let us log in. But worst of all, what decent Italian restaurant runs out of spaghetti, carbonara AND lasagne for the busiest time of the week (Saturday dinner time)? Rea... View all feedback.
Not a pasta lover, so perhaps his simply not for me, but everything had been badly seasoned and salted and mushroom huh pasta could have been made better at home. I ordered orange watermelon drink for 4 and it looked great, but tasty and they do not offer straws that can challenge with decorated ice drinks. when it comes to the atmosphere, it was very judicious and uncomfortable, 2 stars, because spicy prawn pasta was somewhat evil, but for the price this pasta is terrible, 15 no, thank you.
Cramped, slow service, some sides/area which have buildups of dust (most hanging items were drowning in dust for example). The wooden surface behind the bench/booth combination style seats had a fine layer of dust. (Clearly hadn't been wiped in well over a month in these COVID times you'd expect a surface like that to be cleaned regularly). Overall not great mainly due to the slow service and cramped feel of the restaurant (there were too many tables/seats for the space). I won't be returning.

Really limited what the kids could eat, and many of the adult options were limited or unavailable too. (Plus they were out of chips, which was a further limitation Overall, this is a restaurant I won’t be eating at again, especially when Wagamamas upstairs is so excellent.
I ate here with my partner on 01/08/2021. Would not recommend this branch. It was my partners first time at Zizzis and likely our last. When we were seated the staff member just told us to use speedy order system, which is not only incredibly impersonal but also made it difficult to get the waiter attention for any questions. There was 3 waiting staff members of which only one seemed to really work the other two were standing around chatting, completely ignoring us when we tried to get their attention. The food was bland when it came and we ended up having to get up and get salt and pepper ourselves as no one seemed willing to help. The whole place had an airport atmosphere of people rushing around us and basically trying to get us to eat and leave. No one checked if we needed anything or how the food was until they collected the empty plates. The answer to everything we needed (tap water? speedy order) was a short and impolite use speedy order' The staff was incredibly unfriendly and unwelcoming. This dinner was not worth the money I spent on it. Would not recommend this place.
On a night out to theatre went in here for dinner before. Staff member who lead us to table, wasn't welcoming and grumpy. We waited ages for service it was so long we order drink and food at same time , whilst waiting I noticed how dirty the floor was . Food was very average and for the price charged not value for money, no atmosphere in there, at least there wasn't a service charge . Won't go there again.
