I’ve been chowing down on the impossible burgers for a few years now being I don’t eat meat . I love that they don’t prepare the impossible burgers on the same grill as the regular burgers.
This has always been one of my favorite places for a quick, nostalgic snack. I had 2 impossible burgers and a cup of coffee, and they did not disappoint.
The cashier at the drive thru never came to take the order after we finally decided. We had to drive thru to the last window to place our order. I was unfulfilled after eating.
On 10/28/22 I ordered through the drive-thru the person who took the order was nasty and short. Her attitude was horrible like I’ve done something to her. To make matters worse the food was awful the cheeseburgers was wet and soggy. Onion rings old andcooked hard. And the soda was seltzer water. I hadn’t eaten all day and had a long ride home. I was lucky enough to findanother restaurant couple blocks up,
I came to order the mix and match for the sliders. I’m at the drive thru trying to place the order the worker had a hard time hearing so she started yelling I can’t hear you what do you want me to do?! Saying ‘oh my god!’ All I said was I’mtrying to order the mix and match . I said it clearly and I don’t have an accent . The worker just had a Terrible attitude .This location needs to work on their customer service this was my last time here
