I will not enter this establishment again.

They move entirely to slow for a morning rush. 6-9AM is suppose to be quick service. Only 3 ppl on shift is poor scheduling. Making 1 thing at a time is not how ?fast food? business works. They also are not reading the screens paying attention to customorders. I waited 20mins for a mobile order of a chicken crossisent that was burnt! I will not visit this Dunkin? anymore goingto other further up Jamaica.

Few minutes go by, a diffeeent employee comes to me and says what are you waiting for. I told her I placed a mobileorder. She says here it's been here. I told her that the guy didn't say anything when he put it there. It could have beenanyone's. Anyone could have just took it. Gotta work on that customer service.
