The staff here always mess up your orders. Do not recommend this location unless it's the closest one to you, which would be quite unfortunate.
So upset! I ordered photo donuts to pick up at a separate location... and when I went to pick it up, they told me to pick it up at this location, no notice or anything! I tried to call this location to confirm my order but no one picks up the phone. When I went there, They messed up the photos and ended up duplicating my order instead of 2 separate orders with different pictures. Then they overcharge me, different price than the receipt on my email. They cannot handle more than one photo, and more than one box in one order. Such a disappointment!!!!
The morning service was terrible. I waited 20 minutes for my order and it was relativity empty and yet I had a long wait time. I was served the wrong order after a 20 minute wait and when I asked for the right order and they ignored me and went on with their day. I will never come back to this location ever again. You have lost a regular customer.
I've never been inside, but I've been through for over 10 times. The experience is the same EVERY TIME, they ask you to keep 5 to 15 minutes even if there is NO ONE ELSE in the OR branch at the drive thru. The staff constantly gets orders wrong and will give you terrible attitude when you correct them. Dunkin in the area.
I like the ladies here. One day I could hardly talk and forget that the drive thru might not have been a good idea. He made it even though my children were unruly in the back. Went I got to the window I?d get a drink using the perk offering since I was driving, not walk (I don?t like having my hands full when walk with two kids in flushing. I automatically said my standard drink order and the lady beat mint with honey for my throat. I think she was half joking, but I really appreciated her proposal and told her I had the mint tea with honey. ?

The drive-thru was quick and hassle-free, and my order was delivered accurately.
The pistachio almond ice cream seems to be missing a lot of the pistachio flavor that it used to have.
The service was extremely disappointing. I requested my drink without ice, and was told that it wasn't possible! This response was incredibly frustrating for a paying customer. I won't be returning, simply because of the attitude displayed.
Ordered on the App and picked up in the drive thru. The lady at the window not so friendly and acts like she doesn't understand you. The people who makes the drinks/food apparently doesn't read and follow directions. Getting orders incorrect. They need to be re-trained properly.
I want to disclaimer that this is only my experience, but I went to this place, placed a mobile order, and when I tasted my coffee, it didn’t taste right, so I asked the lady to remake it, and instead of remaking it, she just put more sweetener and made it super sweet and just completely ruined the drink I asked her to remake it. What was the point of that if she wasn’t going to remake it, you guys need to follow instructions

I go here almost every other day to get a coffee. I?m almost familiar with everyone that works there. But every time I go to the drive thru around 9am, there is this lady who always has an attitude. The one day I asked for a latte, (because I had a freereward thing on my app) she said no it didn?t work you have to pay and I?m like no it should work because it says that I get afree drink. I show her that it implies to lattes but she wasn?t having that I asked for the manager and a lady with glasses camealso having an attitude. In the end after 10 minutes I would?ve rather paid for the whole thing and avoid it all this headache.
Last time I?m going here! First of all they charge more than Long Island. Now almond milk is $1.00! Sometimes they charge me and they don?t even give me almond milk. The customer service is bad here. They could never get my drink right. I always ask fordecaf then they act like I never said decaf when I said it 3 times! They have an attitude and also if I confirm it?s decaf. Oneof the workers gave me a weird look for confirming. Their baked goods are hard. Unprofessional and their drive thru is likehidden.
I would put 0 stars if i could. This place has the absolute worst customer service. he gets upset when you ask a simple question or make a simple request overall very unprofessional. everything tasted watered down and the ice cream was already melted when iordered it. seriously if you want baskin robins or anything else please go anywhere but here
The manager was horrible and only catered to his kind of people. He was very nasty to me and other costumers.
