I had accidentally made a double order instead of ordering dumplings and my ducks. I spoke to the manager, but unfortunately it was up to Ubereats to correct and refund my order or cancel. Very upset that I chose to eat here on Mother Day. I am 1 month pregnant and got food poisoning from their sweet sour chicken. It was not pregnant-related nausea because my boyfriend also threw up. We ordered takeout from this restaurant and were very pleased with the quality of the food. The egg-fried rice was delicious, as were our entrees (Orange chicken and cashew chicken). I was able to get three meals out of my portion. We will definitely be returning as patrons in the future. Overall, we rated the food a 4 and the service a 5.
This restaurant offers generous portions for take-out dinner. The price per person ranges from $20 to $30. The food, service, and atmosphere all received top ratings of 5. Highly recommended dishes include Mongolian Beef, Sweet and Sour Chicken, Fried Rice, and House Lo Mein.
The service at this restaurant was exceptional. The staff was friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to make sure we had a pleasant dining experience. They were knowledgeable about the menu and made great recommendations. We never had to wait long for anything and felt very well taken care of throughout our meal. Overall, the service was top-notch and really enhanced our overall dining experience.
We have been enjoying this restaurant for years and considered it the best we've ever had. We ordered yesterday on their website. Major changes were made, with major price increases and some of our favorite menu items completely removed. Dinner plates, teriyaki chicken, choices between fried or white rice are all gone. I got up charged for wanting fried rice and then I never received the white rice that was included with the entree I ordered. We ordered 3 of our favorites and quickly discovered the taste was completely gone. The food as soggy, the rice was dry. Spent $52.00 and the food was largely untouched and will most likely be thrown out. There has to be new ownership and apparently the recipe cards and business sense left with the previous owners.
