I always love coming here! The staff is so friendly and they are always quick. I recently purchased one of the party packs that serves 10 for my sons baseball team. It was sitting in the heat for about 45 minutes and i thought for sure it would be melted but it was still extremely frozen! The kids loved it View all feedback.

First time in and I will not be returning. Like one previous reviewer mentioned it seems that this shop is grossly understaffed, especially for a Friday night. This place is definitely a way to stay out of the Heat. Delicious options reasonable prices.

Wow! My first time at a Bahama bucks and I must say it was the worst experience that ever had. Walked in at 8:30pm on Monday and it's been over an hour to get my son a small shaved ice. There was around 30 people in the waiting room waiting for their orders. Six people just demanded refunds and have walked out. This is the one reward my son was waiting for all afternoon, and I'm so sad he he chose this place . It's 9:50pm and still no order and the staff has yet to apologize for the wait. It's 10pm now and I asked for my refund and the staff offered me nothing for my inconvenience or even an apology. This is so ridiculous. I'm not mad as much as I am sad for my son who fell asleep waiting for his treat. There was no adult there, no one to help these girls who were grossly understaffed. Management should be ashamed of themselves to allow the store to be run this way. You can bet I will never, ever go back. Worst experience I've ever had!
Pretty disappointed I didn't get a chance to try. First time here and after about a 45 minute wait I cancelled my order. The drive thru was obviously getting priority and folks inside were barely served. I feel bad because employees were clearly overwhelmed and had to deal with irate customers with long waits. Based on other reviews, it definitely seems something's missing and sadly doesn't appear they're doing much to address. Might try again and see if they improve.
Had to wait for my order to be taken even though there was no other customers inside. They have a lot of drive-through orders, but they should staff it so they can do both. I also had to go up 2 different times for more flavor as we had a few different plain sno patches- also had to wait for them to acknowledge I needed help. The flavors are good, and they are friendly but need to manage employees better
