The service is generally quick with an interesting variety of pasta dishes: you can choose from multiple combinations of pasta, sauces, and toppings. There are often new seasonal specials like lobster or mac & cheese. You can also customize the sauces in your dishes as you like. The dining area has comfortable tables that can easily accommodate small families. Come and give it a try!
There is no music playing. The food arrives cold, and the staff are rude when customers politely ask for their plates to be reheated. We even found a plaster in one of our dishes. Considering the service, the prices are very high. Very disappointed.
Online orders from Topla! frequently arrive incomplete. Sometimes the side dishes are missing, other times it's the drinks or dessert. Although they provide a discount for the next order as compensation, it would be far more satisfying to receive the complete and correct order the first time. It’s been a while since I last ordered from them, and despite having a discount available, I don’t plan to order again anytime soon.
I waited about 20 to 30 minutes to place my order, even though there was no one ahead of me. When my dish arrived, it came with plastic utensils and was still cold—not al dente, just cold.
The service was impressively fast; I was pleasantly surprised! Everything was excellent. Great job!
