We were greeted by a fr... read more The renovations were welcoming, and even though my friend and I were the only diners at the time, we were enthusiastic about our choice. We were greeted by a friendly face and presented with the menu, allowed to take our time. With so many enticing options, we decided to go for the 50-piece cooked sushi special. The names of the dishes—"OMG Tuna" and "OMG Salmon"—were just as delightful as the experience itself. After the first bite, I knew I had found my new favorite sushi place. We spoke with the owner and chef, who shared their vision for the restaurant. Their food was impressive enough to make me want to return, but their passion and plans for the future got me really excited. If their sushi is this amazing, I can’t wait to soak up the atmosphere they’ll create. I already know where I’ll be spending Valentine’s Day!

Although my friend and I were the only diners at the moment, we welcomed the chance to settle in comfortably. We were greeted warmly and shown the menu, given plenty of time to decide. With so many tempting options, we chose the 50-piece sushi special, which featured creatively named dishes like "OMG Tuna" and "OMG Salmon." After just one bite, I knew this was my new go-to sushi place. We chatted with the owner and chef, who shared their exciting vision for the restaurant. The food alone is enough to entice me back, but their inspiring ideas and plans have me even more excited to return. If their sushi is this amazing, I can't wait to experience the overall atmosphere. I already know where I'll be spending Valentine's Day!
