We stumbled into this restaurant for lunch our first (rainy) day in Quebec City at the end of June. Very friendly, helpful service (you order at the counter) and very good middle-eastern/North African food. Very large portions. Not a fancy restaurant, but an excellent choice for lunch. Large choice of pastries as well. Not particularly touristy either and very reasonably priced. View all feedback.

Walking outside the walled City I found this restaurant and had a dinner there. What a disappointment! Though houmous and tabouleh were relatively good (as I ate them in Liban I know what this food is – ok, this was still acceptable), but the “meat” in my “plate” was a combination (!) of beef and lamb stripes in one, something probably totally artificial as I have never seen two meets combined together. For the shop and the owners. Amazingly helping folks. Prices are very compatible with any other small vacation destination city (Please do not compare prices with Toronto or else cities). Presentation is amazing Most importantly, it's 100% HALAL
This is the best Halal restaurant in Quebec City. The owner/server is a wonderful person - extremely kind and friendly. The food is always fresh, tasty, and served in generous portions. The prices are fair and the restaurant has a spacious seating area, unlike many others in the old town of Quebec City. I highly recommend this place.
I had a great dinner at this restaurant as a visitor from Ontario. I am a fan of Moroccan cuisine, so I ordered Harira soup and lamb shank with couscous, both of which were delicious. I also enjoyed baklava with Moroccan tea. The restaurant had a wonderful atmosphere with beautiful Moroccan decor. The only downside was the high prices, but overall, I had a lovely dining experience.
This restaurant is cozy and seems to be run by a family. The food was amazing and the service was friendly, despite being very busy. We ordered lamb tagine, chicken couscous, and a few other dishes. We will definitely be returning. The tea was also delicious.
Halal. Good value. Delicious set meals and kind friendly service. Food court style dining. Go In to the counter, Order your food and then Take a Seat. Will come back for your sweets and teas definitely. Thank you so much.
