While the building is new and pleasing to the eye, service has been reported as lacking in friendliness. Despite this, visitors have enjoyed the quick and courteous service, delicious food, and family-friendly atmosphere at this particular location in Val-Bélair. The restaurant stands out for its modern decor, full bar, and variety of menu items beyond just chicken dishes, making it a great spot for travelers passing through the area. Overall, a solid choice for a satisfying meal in Quebec.
Great team, excellent food and very good service! I highly recommend it!
Excellent food and smiling employees. Highly recommend!!
We have visited other branches of this restaurant chain, but this particular one stood out for its modern decor, full bar, and delicious food. Despite being part of a chain, the restaurant doesn't serve fast food and offers a wide variety of menu items beyond just chicken dishes. This specific location was ideal for travelers passing between the Ice Hotel and destinations west during the holiday season.
Great Spot, food is excellent and service is outstanding! Had ribs and chicken, both delicious, and the best Onion Soup I’ve had in all my visit (had quite a few).
The food was as expected. Typical chain restaurant. Equal to Swiss chalet in Ontario. This building is new and the restaurant looks good. It’s a good solid facility. Contrastingly, the service was seriously lacking. We are from Ontario and we were travelling, so we expected to run into a variety of service levels. But the blonde waitress, our server, was cold from the moment she saw us. I’m not sure what that was about? Draw your own conclusions. (To the server: your tip suffered, I hope it was worth it) Irregardless, we thoroughly enjoyed our time in Quebec and the people and culture and food are fantastic. Stay away from these average chain places and you’ll have better dinning experience. I should have known better. My fault.
