Restaurant Ly Hai - Québec

We went here for supper and the meal was pretty good. When you order a main dish, it comes with a soup, spring rolls and dessert. I ordered the general tao. It was a little heavy in the ginger for my taste but still tasty and it was nice and crispy. It came with a side of vegetables and white rice.My husband ordered a chicken and vegetable dish in peanut sauce. He liked it and also enjoyed the crispy spinach that came with it. It also came with rice.The dessert that comes with the meal is just a deep fried fruit. Choice of banana, apple, or pineapple. It would be much better if it was served with a sauce or honey.The decor of the restaurant is great, but the chairs are hard on the bum. Overall I did enjoy the meal. It was a good price for what we got.

Le service est épouvantable. Le serveur nous a servi la soupe sans qu'on lui en demande et il attendait presque à côté de notre table pour nous servir l'autre plat. Tentez à 12 h15 et à 13h00 nous avions mangé, payé et nous repartions. Service pourrit et nourriture pas assez chaude. Ce restaurant est rayé sur ma liste.

Je suis allé plusierus fois dans ce restaurant, seul ou avec des amis, et n'ai jamais été déçu, ni surpris. La cuisine est bonne et sans prétention. Je regrette seulement qu'il se présente aussi comme thaïlandais ou indien, alors que ces caractéristiques ne semanifestent que dans l'apprêtement du play principal.

Fresh vegetables and meats prepared by a family run business, while you watch the chefs... Great value for simple, raw, whole foods.... Easy find location with many complimentary shop and eateries together inside...

Le restaurant, bien que petit, est vraiment un de mes coups de coeur en matière de cuisine asiatique. Le service, très personnalisé, m'a fait bien rire et nous avons bien mangé. La façon "Apportez votre vin" m'a plu.
