Quebec is quite expensive yet this place offers a very reasonable alternative. Food is good and the service exceptional. Ask for their set menu as it is a great option.

Stumbled across this restaurant while walking around quebec for a dinner place. And lucky we did. For quebec prices were extremely reasonable, food was delicious including soup, steak and dessert and the service with a smile. Will be back again on my last night

We stopped in for lunch and had a nice hone style table d'hote lunch for a great price: $11.50 for soup, entree, dessert and tea.The pork medallions and calf liver entrees we had were good and cooked like you were at home.The server was pleasant and helpful. She was kind enough to give me the rest of a keg of beer to join my wife in a drink while they changed the keg and then gave me a full beer after!Overall a very pleasant experience.

Near our apartment, we stopped by for an early dinner. The wait staff was lovely and the outdoor seating was very pleasant. The food was fine but nothing too exciting but certainly acceptable. It was our location run got on the Rue Saint Jean that really sold it for us.

We selected this restaurant after reading TripAdvisor reviews. We found the service to be quick and fully attentive. Our waitress had a lovely bubbly personality. There was a good selection of meals on the menu and specials. The entrees were of special note. The garlic escargot was amazing, the best I've ever tried. Similarly the French onion soup was delicious. Mains included Calf Brains, a new and enjoyable experience. The prices of all offerings appeared very reasonable. We were pleasantly surprised with the final bill total.
