Pizza Salvatore - Québec

The food was good, hot, fresh, and reasonably priced. The service was excellent. The main issue was the inability to contact the specific restaurant location. When there was an issue with our order, the customer service representative only spoke French, while I only spoke English, making it difficult to communicate the problem. Additionally, the driver had forgotten the dipping sauces we had paid for. In order to rectify this, I ended up placing a large order for 12 dipping sauces (to meet the minimum order requirement) and specified in the notes section that I only wanted the sauces we had paid for. Thankfully, a bilingual staff member called me back to confirm and successfully completed our order as requested.

We visited the restaurant on a Sunday around noon and found that it was empty. This should have been a warning sign. They offered an all-you-can-eat pizza, salad, and soft ice cream deal, so the four of us decided to take advantage of it. However, we noticed that there were no pizzas on the buffet, which seemed strange. The guy at the counter explained that they were just starting the day and pizzas would be available soon. We then went to the salad bar, but found the salad to be old and unappetizing. When the pizzas finally arrived, they were good. The guy at the counter offered to bring more pizzas, but it was inconvenient as we all wanted different toppings. Additionally, the ice cream machine was not fully stocked, and it took some time for it to be refilled after we mentioned it to the staff. Overall, our experience was not worth the cost and we cannot recommend this place, despite the good pizza.

A welcome change from the expensive restaurants in Quebec City. The menu offers a variety of options, and the beer and wine selections were satisfactory. The service was excellent.

But the guy at the counter told us that was because we were just the first customer and they were starting the day so the pizzas would be appearing soon. So we did not think much of it and decided to head for the salad bar. The guy asked us what kind of pizza we would like first, at least that was nice, but I was expecting them to make different kind of pizzas because we do not necessarily all like the same kind.The salad was disgusting and looked very old with a lot of brown spot and the other stuff in the salad bar wasn't so appetizing either. (soft tomatoes, questionable mushrooms, etc...). So we decided to wait for the pizza. When the pizza came out I must admit that it was very good and we really appreciated it.In the middle of your meal the guy at the counter came to ask us if we will need another pizza... You could consider this as "personal service", or this could also make you feel ackward. We wanted more pizza, but some of us would have like a vegetarian pizza, some of us would have prefer to keep it on with the all-dressed pizza and some of us would have prefer another kind. But since they were baking the "all-you-can-eat" pizzas "on-demand" and one at a time, we had to compromise and this wasn't very fun.When my kid went to the ice cream machine, there were two topping, chocolate and caramel. He noticed that the chocolate dispenser was empty and mentionned it to the guy at the counter and came back to the table waiting for it to be refill. But after seing the guy just standing there for about 10 minutes I went and asked him when he was planning to do the refill and he just told me Oh you want me to refill it. Doh! But after that he did refill it quickly and we completed our meal.I don't really feel the experience we had was worth what we spent there.I truly cannot recommend this place and this is to bad because the pizza was really good.

A break from the high prices in QC Good menu with lots of options the beer and wine were fine the service was very good
