I have been eagerly anticipating my visit to La Dominicaine for about a year after bookmarking it.
This restaurant is a cozy and friendly mom-and-pop type spot that serves delicious and simple comfort food at reasonable prices. I was served by the lady in the picture, La Dominicaine :).
One of the best Dominican food I have tastedDefinitely worth the detour and price/quality is unbeatable.
We have been ordering from this restaurant for years. They offer a very affordable two for one pizza deal. The toppings are fresh and just the right amount. The crust is perfect, not too crunchy or too soft. We haven't tried anything else on the menu as we always stick to their delicious pizza. The deluxe and BBQ pizzas are both excellent choices, with tasty sauce and great chicken. If you are in Val-Bélair and craving pizza, don't hesitate to give them a try.
