Loved the creative menu items, presented beautifully with great attention to detail, and of course delicious. What DomCanada doesn't like about Panache:
Mixed feelings about this place. We really liked the staff and the ambiance on the patio inside. The presentation was great too. However, the menu is very limited (options of 3 mains) so we were surprised that both of the mains (swordfish and veal) and both of the desserts (asparagus and rhubarb) that each of us ordered were not that good. We have been to Quebec City a few times and this year I wanted to spend Xmas there to have the experience of a truly cold holiday season.
Very lovely young waitress whose name is Ombeline From Dijon, France, she is very charming.
I went for lunch with my family and every dish was outstanding.

Dopo aver cenato in questo ristorante mi sono chiesta perché la Guida Michelin non rivede il suo giudizio di recensire i ristoranti canadesi..Muffy ne sarebbe degno: location suggestiva. Curata. Servizio attento con sommelier accurato. Menù vario con materie prime d'eccezione (i salumi ottimamente stagionati, formaggi che non hanno nulla da invidiare ai migliori europei). Aragosta in risotto eccellente. Il dessert al cioccolato associato al sorbetto ai frutti di bosco ben presentato e preparato. Chez Muffy... eccellente... parola di una Italiana esigente!
