The restaurant, located in the Hotel St. Antoine is pure Quebecois stone walls, beamed ceiling, and comfortable banquettes. The service was impeccable. Starters was a mixed green salad, served with crusty bread and assorted butters, Quebec Game Pie with cranberry chutney, Arctic Char with sweet onion puree, braised cipollini and juniper compote, and a unique version of Pecan Pie Tarte Tatin with homemade ice cream. Magnifique!
