meals were absolutely delicious (it was the theme of the Québec). special mention to the absolutely fabulous desserts and to the frayed duck on the vol-au-vent. experience also makes us aware of the reality of the blind. I'm a vegetarian and they served me with chicken. I made my boyfriend taste, it was 100% sure it was chicken. I asked to see the chief, I told him about it, he showed me the chicken in question.
