When the kid's plate was delivered, there were no condiments, and I had to ask multiple times—around 20 minutes—before finally getting ketchup and mayo. The staff never came to our table to check on us. When our food arrived, one item was missing. Plus, the dessert for the child took nearly 30 minutes to arrive, and by then, we had all finished our meals a long time ago.
