I call the next day to speak to someone, they ans... read more I ordered my dinner at 6:30 p.m., I received it at 8:30 p.m. Not able to talk to anyone because it was closed. I call the next day to speak to someone, they answer me: we're busy, we're short of staff, we don't have time to talk on the phone. I understand the lack of manpower, I also work in the public, but honestly, a bit of customer service is still the priority in my opinion.
