Il Matto on Myrand street, is a great restaurant with a nice Italian flare. I highly recommend this restaurant if you are in Ste-Foy Québec. Rocco the owner is friendly and a super nice! The restaurant catered for our group of 40 with no problem what so ever. Gracie Rocco, hope to see you soon!
