Given the limited dining options in Quebec City, it’s understandable why this place appears on HappyCow. However, the only vegan choice available is sorbet, and the staff couldn’t even confirm if it was vegan, simply responding with, "I don’t know." I tried the strawberry sorbet, and while it was better than average, I don’t think I would make a special trip to return. Updated from a previous review on 2023-09-03.
I arrived at the restaurant after 8 PM, and I was pleasantly surprised to find that they were still serving food. It's rare to find places that offer food so late, so I decided to go with the sorbet instead! The service was friendly, and the store itself was beautifully designed, featuring a great selection of items to indulge in.
They offer five different flavors of sorbet. We all tried the raspberry, which was deliciously fresh and creamy. The staff was very helpful; when I inquired about whether the ice cream contained eggs, she took the tub out and checked the ingredients for me (it didn't have any).
Delicious sorbets. They are suppost to have vegan ice cream but didn't find it. A little too expensive I think
