The restaurant *the manor house* formerly called *the manor of the spaghetti* is located in a beautiful Victorian residence. we find close *the favorite chocolates of charlesbourg,* *the fudgerie les mignardises* and the Jesuit mill of the Trait-Carré. Another restaurant *the manoir* is located in Sainte-Foy (3077, chemin Saint-Louis). This one is also located in an old house where we have already gone for a dinner with friends several years ago. restaurants have been in existence for more than thirty years and have adapted their menus to customers. the restaurant of charlesbourg has become a beauty with a new decor. the bar section is contemporary and tasteful. We went there at the end of the afternoon and we took our meal in the large glass. The menu menus menus offer a few choices of entries (soupe, caesar salad, snails.), about twenty varieties of pasta (primavera, carbonara, seafood.), fish dishes (saumon, scallops.), marsala calf, several varieties of risotto, veal osso bucco and several varieties of thin-paste pizza. In addition, the restaurant offers meals for children at $8.00. a good selection of wines and several microbrewery beers are available. Monday to Friday from 11am to 2pm, a menu of pasta and pizzas accompanied by a soup, dessert and a hot drink are offered at different prices. Our choices: a manor salad as an entrance with a fully garnished pizza (mozzarella, pepperoni, mushrooms, peppers). as apéro, we took "the crazy cow" from the cartoon microbrasserie as well as "the bitter" from the microbrewery the barbery. After having long hesitated between several restaurants having as speciality spaghetti and after having slipped the menus on the internet, our choice is stopped on the manor house with 'the must-sees' which seems to be a speciality of the house. we are greeted to the manor by a waitress who would have better cadrated in a fast restaurant (the air barely arrived), being a couple in the thirties, she gave us the impression that we were not in our place, she was very attentive to all those other guests except us( coffee, dessert, water) .. we had come to taste a good meal and a bottle of import, finally the only thing The meal was a horror, a disaster, a culinary assinat! The dishes hardly ordered its already on the table the mcdonalds would not have done so fast. the stuffed beef and smoke mushrooms no visible sauce and fade taste. for what's in my scallop linen

For a birthday a group of 18, a great parking, already it is very well, a careful and applied service, a very good aperitif choice, a good choice of entry, a card with lots of choice, pasta cook to perfection, for my choices, well developed flavor, a service of great attention for pepper and parmesan. desserts, it's from heaven to eat fork. and reasonable and unsurprising addition. Behaved and satisfied.

I ordered a salmon tartar so good! I've already tasted good food, but it was really special. It was my first time at this restaurant and I'll probably be back. good atmosphere, good service, good food and good price. So, nothing to regret.
