There was a lot to enjoy. The food is always fantastic. However, the service used to be quite slow. Fortunately, they have made significant improvements in that area. I have updated my rating to 5 stars.
However, I’m not particularly fond of atiéké; it has a somewhat sour taste that didn’t sit well with my palate. In the end, I prepared the rice I had purchased earlier. It was Sada brand rice from Mali, known for its special fragrance. The grains were slim and sticky, which I enjoyed. Overall, I was satisfied with my meal. This place also offers a variety of African goods, including cosmetics, fish, and frozen meats like beef tripe and oxtail.
I can not rave about this place enough! My family and I have been travelling around Quebec essentially on a food tour (including 2 food festivals in Montreal this past week) and after a week of travelling were feeling quite lazy and decided to Doordash dinner to our AirB&B. We had no specific type of meal in mind but this restaurant popped up on my Doordash homepage. We ordered from here on a whim and OMG it has been the best meal of our trip. Like, I 'm pretty sure I will be on my death bed 60 years from now saying remember that amazing African food we had in Quebec City in 2022? If you have the opportunity to eat a meal from here -DO IT!

Zero points, it doesn't taste like a real chicken tchep. No cabbage in the dish or carrot or tomato sauce in the rice. Extra vegetables? Only onions and pieces of peppers. Plus it's badly cut. Change
